Tongmei Xu

Tongmei is a law clerk with Jerimy Kirschner & Associates, PLLC and is preparing to take the Washington Bar in July of 2022. Before joining Jerimy Kirschner & Associates, Tongmei had more than ten years’ experience in the financial advisory and auditing area, at banks and accounting firms. She helps businesses with financial reporting, assessing operational risks and providing solutions. She also worked in the trust administration industry and was involved in overseeing trust funds investments in compliance with regulations.

Tongmei earned her bachelor degree in foreign affairs in China, a master degree in international relations in Japan. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 2021.

Tongmei is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Washington State (since 2013). She is also a Certified Internal Auditor, licensed in the United States (since 2017).

Tongmei is fluent in both Mandarin and English.

In her spare time, Tongmei enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and reading.
