Bio

Lindsay is our Paralegal and Notary PublicLindsay joined our team in the Spring of 2020.  She has nearly a decade of experience in office administration alongside four years of legal experience as both a Legal Assistant and Paralegal. She primarily supports Mr. Kirschner, but also frequently assists other members of the firm. 

Lindsay uses her considerable multitasking skills and solid legal understanding to assist the firm however necessary. Lindsay provides consistant, detailed support to clients, counselors, and the court. From complex litigation cases to estate planning, she is involved from beginning to end. Lindsay assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for hearings and trials.

Lindsay is a true native to the Pacific Northwest. Lindsay grew up in Mukilteo, WA and attended both Kamiak High School and later the New Hampton School in New Hampton, NH. Lindsay graduated with her Associates Degree in 2011, however she is currently a full-time student obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College with plans to pursue her Juris Doctorate in the future.

When Lindsay isn’t at the office, you can likely find her at the dog park with her three-year-old Siberian Husky, Mia.
